The health and safety of Jacksonville citizens is of our utmost concern. We want to ensure that residents have the latest information regarding the virus and its current impacts. COVID-19 testing is provided at the following locations:

Operated by Agape Family Health
COVID-19 Testing: Monday- Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
COVID-19 Vaccinations: Open Monday -Sunday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Appointments not required.

  • Clanzel T. Brown Community Center, 4545 Moncrief Rd. – 32209 
  • Lane Wiley Senior Center, 6710 Wiley Rd. – 32210

COVID-19 Testing and Vaccinations: Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., Saturday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Appointments not required.
  • Emmett Reed Community Center, 1093 W. 6th St. – 32209 
  • Cuba Hunter Community Center, 4380 Bedford Rd. – 32207

COVID-19 Testing: Monday - Friday, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. 
Drive through testing for Rapid and PCR.
Appointments not required.
