COVID-19 Testing Information


The health and safety of Jacksonville citizens is of our utmost concern. We want to ensure that residents have the latest information regarding the virus and its current impacts. This page contains links to websites that may assist you with locating available testing. Please visit the websites below to locate available testing locations and register as needed. 


COVID-19 testing is provided at the following locations:  

City of Jacksonville Facilities

Operated by Agape Family Health

COVID-19 Testing and Vaccinations:

  • Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • Saturday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Children ages 12 and older may get their COVID-19 vaccine at any of Agape's vaccination sites. 
Appointments not required.

  • Clanzel T. Brown Community Center, 4575 Moncrief Rd. – 32209 
  • Lane Wiley Senior Center, 6710 Wiley Rd. – 32210

Cuba Hunter Community Center, 4380 Bedford Rd. – 32207 
COVID-19 Testing and Vaccinations:
  • Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Emmett Reed Community Center, 1093 W. 6th St. – 32209 

COVID-19 Testing and Vaccination:
  • Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
  • Saturday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Children ages 5 and older may get their COVID-19 vaccine at any of DOH's testing sites. 
Appointments not required.

COVID-19 Testing: Monday - Friday, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. 
Drive through testing for Rapid and PCR.
Appointments not required.
